Below is a scan I dug up from an old blog of mine from back in 2006 that addresses, not just ovulation cycles, but how women should be more familiar with their bodies.
The scan might be outdated, but the content certainly has not.
Ladies, if you don’t know what ovulation is, i.e., what time of the month you’re most fertile, this is a wonderful quick read worth paying attention to.
Also, you hetero dicks out there should at least give it a scan. It will help you understand women’s bodies better — like why our taco changes tastes during certain times of the month.

Very true. In my non professional opinion you can also taste blood in your mouth before you begin your menstrual cycle.
